Boards need confidential assessments to strengthen their governance and improve director effectiveness. Renée develops an individualized plan for each board based on the nature of the business and outcomes desired. Assessments are conducted through questionnaires and individual interviews. Results and recommendations are shared based on the plan.

It’s lonely at the top. As an executive coach Renée serves as a sounding board for the executive to analyze potential actions and strategies.
